Students from Moulton College have been showcasing their 3D work to one of the country's top design companies.
Interior design students were set an assignment by Imagination, which has worked with Shell and Sony, to design an exhibition stand for a fictitious green energy generating company. Elaine Greatrex, head of furniture and design, said: "The students were all doing either a First Diploma, National Diploma or HND course in interior design.

"This was a brilliant opportunity to work on a project where they had to meet the needs of the company. It culminated in two designers from Imagination travelling from London to see the finished models by the 16 groups of students and to give them feedback on their work.

"It was a positive experience and for the majority of the students it was their first taste of working for a company."
