Former Northampton Town striker Lawrie Dufield has signed for League of Ireland side Cork City.
Dudfield, who also played for Hull City, Southend United, Boston United and Notts County, has signed on until the end of the season after making his debut for Cork in Sunday's Premier Division victory over Sligo Rovers.

City manager Mathews said: "Lawrie is in until the end of the season, and he gives options both up front and wide right.

"He is an experienced player, and will give us a physical presence.

"He has shown a willingness to come in until the end of the season, which is terrific as it will allow him to settle in and hopefully he can have a long and fruitful career with Cork City."
