I was reading through the Chronicle & Echo and noticed your Looking Back photos (April 18).

I refer to Looking Back (March 28) and to the photograph named ‘car park tour’.

We are a company based at Adams House in Northampton and wonder if you or your readers have any photographs of our building from many years ago.

It has been very interesting, that in the last few weeks, there has been many letters in the Herald & Post about poor sound performance at Royal & Derngate, yet we have seen nothing in the Chronicle & Echo.

With just a couple of games left in the 2012-2013 football season left to play I received a surprise package from my postman today – my 2011-2012 VIP season tickets for Burnley Football Club posted on July 25...2011.

I believe that most of us feel that, overall, Mrs Thatcher did significant harm to the fabric of this nation. She destroyed much of our manufacturing base, squandered North Sea oil money on keeping the UK unemployed, sold off publicly owned assets which were not hers to sell and encouraged a greed, me first and last culture. Her posturing and silly style of presentation impressed only the rich and political morons who continue to dictate our lives here.

In appreciating the coverage in the Chronicle and Echo of the UKIP candidates for the forthcoming county council elections, I must make comment (Aufona, Chronicle & Echo, April 18).

I live on Blackthorn estate and regularly walk down a path called Bird Hills Walk to Weston Favell Centre.

I would like to correct a misconception by Mavis Wilmhurst, (Chronicle & Echo, April 11).
