Plan to double size of Tesco store

Plans have been unveiled to almost double the size of a Tesco store in Northamptonshire.
The firm, which has applied to Daventry District Council for planning permission, hopes to increase space by nearly two-thirds by building a mezzanine floor in its store in New Street, Daventry.

Space would be used to expand existing lines.
